Most of the time I do not want to mix up an entire half gallon, so I just use my digital kitchen scale to divide the packet in half and store the rest in a small half cup container or zip bag. I have even divided the mix down further to make up just a pint at a time. It's easy to do with a digital scale that measure in grams. The Legend Of Baja Bob

Many years ago, Bob and his longtime spear-fishing buddies were sitting around a campfire somewhere in Baja, Mexico. Bob and the boys started sniveling about how great it would be if they could still enjoy some of Bob's legendary Margaritas, even though they had all recently started low carbohydrate diets.

Discouraged because it was impossible to stay on the diet and drink Margaritas, they resorted to drinking straight Tequila. That was OK for awhile, but they needed variety and also something for the ladies.

Finally, after years of trying numerous recipes, the secret formula was perfected on a trip to the tip of Baja. Today, people are enjoying Baja Bob's Margaritas at campfires and BBQ's around the world.
